I walked into a world of glass, color and light at Crystal Glass Studio in Carbondale Colorado in 1978 and I never really walked back out. I could not imagine then how it would direct the course of my life. Almost fifty years later, glass still delights me — glass has a mind of its own, and figuring out how to work with it is what keeps me coming back into the studio. You don't need experience to start. In two hours, you can cut, layer, and fire your first piece. In five days, you can begin to paint with light. Either way, you'll walk out with something in your hands that never existed before.
